Return Policy
Nothing is more important when selling any product than the satisfaction of the customer. This is especially so in the militaria business. To that end we offer a 2 weeks, no questions asked money back guarantee. This applies to all of our original items (not "New Stuff"). With all of the reproductions out there, especially in the Third Reich area, it is in my opinion essential that the customer handle the item and know that the final decision is theirs. I am able to provide good pictures in the website but there is no substitute for touching and handling an item. My goal is to have you back as a repeat customer and to have you introduce others to my site. That can only happen if you are totally comfortable with your purchase.
Each item is shipped with delivery confirmation. The customer will have two weeks from the date of the delivery confirmation to inform me that the item will be returned. It can be returned for any reason. It must be returned in exactly the same condition it was when it left Regimental Depot. No cleaning or alteration of any kind. The item must be received within two weeks from the email notifying me the item is to be returned. I will refund the full purchase price (not including S&H) via the same method as the original payment.
Holding Items
If you see something you want to purchase but are not in a position to purchase it at that moment, I will be glad to put an item "On Hold" for you. I can hold an item for up to two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, payment must have been arranged or the item(s) will become available for general sale.
